fantastic stay!
tile floor st alvise station grocery store great value
I really loved how the tile floor and solid rendered walls kept the apartment cool. Such a relief after being in the sun all day! the st alvise ferry station was super close. this made it so easy to hop on a ferry to explore other spots. The location was super convenient. having the conad grocery store just a quick two minute walk away was awesome too!
the bathrooms could use a little updating, especially the shower under the eaves since it's tricky to stand up straight there.

The hotel's location offers a great balance of tranquility and accessibility. It is in a peaceful area. nearby canalside restaurants create a lovely atmosphere at night, and a great supermarket is conveniently close by. i appreciated that.

The presence of numerous local cafés, bars and restaurants within a short walk is beneficial. the despar teatro supermarket in campiello de l'anconeta offers a fantastic selection of fresh produce. It's located in a beautiful building. i bought fresh bread there daily.

Wonderful stay with great amenities
clean apartment modern amenities dining table stocked kitchen
the apartment was very clean and modern. screens on the windows allowed fresh air without mosquitoes. a nice sitting area and dining table were available. the kitchen included essentials for cooking and coffee (i especially liked the coffee maker!).
The apartment we had was slightly dark. it served as a great base for exploring.

The wifi in the apartment reached speeds of around 400 mbps both ways. This helped plan our days. the apartment also had screens on the windows, a sitting area, and a dining table, perfect.

The kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials and coffee supplies. nearby, there is a great supermarket. Made it easy to get groceries. many good restaurants are also within a few minutes walk (it was super convenient!).

i stayed in the large two-bedroom apartment. it was super clean and had excellent hygiene standards. the rooms featured a modern design.
the mini market was a little walk, about 8-10 minutes away.

peaceful area local cafés dark apartment tired areas
I found the location quite peaceful, away from the main square (it was so relaxing!). the apartment also had many local cafés and restaurants within a short walk. i especially liked the despar teatro supermarket. It had fantastic fresh produce.
the apartment felt a bit dark and wasn't overly comfortable. some areas looked tired and could use some attention. the photos online didn't accurately show the specific apartment i booked (i was a little disappointed).
